SSNAP, LLC requires both the homeowner/seller and the listing agent sign documentation to set-up a file with SSNAP Short Sales. Below are the documents required by each party and a list of additional documentation that is needed during the short sale process.

Required Documents for Homeowners to sign/provide on all SSNAP files:

• Third Party Authorization
• Homeowner/Client Information Sheet
• Foreclosure Disclaimer 
• Homeowner Acknowledgment and Agreement
• List of Additional Documentation Needed

Required Documents for Real Estate Agents to sign on all SSNAP files:

• Real Estate Agent Acknowledgement and Agreement (Processing)
• Real Estate Agent Acknowledgment and Agreement (Negotiating)
• List of Additional Documentation Needed
